Day 01 Delhi - Chennai (Madras)
Arrive Chennai airport where our representative will report to you and transfer to the hotel. Check into the hotel and spend the night at Chennai.

Day 02 In Chennai
After a relaxed morning breakfast our car will report to you and proceed for and enjoyable city tour visiting Fort St. George, built by the East India Company in 1653 and St Mary's Church, the first English church in India.

Day 3 Mysore
Post breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Mysore. Arrive Mysore and check into the hotel. Proceed for sightseeing to Srirangapattanam and Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace.

Day 4 Mysore
Post breakfast proceed for sightseeing including Mysore Palace, an extravagant building in the Indo-Saracenic style, Chamundi Hill and Nandi Bull.Spend the rest of the day to explor the colorful market.

Day 5 Coonoor
Post lunch Proceed to Ooty .Laterexplore Coonoor, a pleasant town surrounded by tea gardens.Overnight at Coonoor.

Day 6 Cochin
Post lunch check out and proceeed to Cochin njoying the fantastic scenic beauty through rural landscape and raech the port city of Cochin.

Day 7 Cochin
After a relaxed breakfast,whisk away to historic Willingdon Island. In Cochin, explore this ancient harbour, with its rich colonial past. Explore the old spice market at Mattancherry, the antique shop on Jew's street, the Synagogue, the Dutch palace and of course, the famous Chinese fishing nets followed by harbour cruise

Day 8 Kumarakom
Post breakfastdrive to Allepey where you enjoy a cruise on the backeaters to Kumarakom.Reach Kumarakom and check into the hotel .Later enjoy a sunset cruise on the Vembanad Lake. Stay overnight at the resort.Also go for bird watching at the bird sanctuary.Later come back to the resort. After breakfast visit to the farm house.Rest of the day at leisure.Over night stay at Kumarakom.

Day 9 Periyar
Post breakfast drive up the "ghats" on a scenic route dotted with plantations of rubber, cardamom, cocoa, green pepper and arecanut, to the wildlife reserve at Periyar .Onvernight at Periyar.

Day 10 Periyar
In the morning we explore the nearby plantations. We later enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar to spot herds of wild elephants.

Day 11 Madurai
In time check out os of the hotel and drive to Madurai, the 2000-year-old capital of the Pandyans,. Freshen up and leave for sightseeing of Meenakshi Temple, a grand display of Dravidian architecture, with profusely carved "gopurams" or gateways, the tallest reaching 160-ft.

Day 12 Tanjore
Today drive to Chettinadu for traditional lunch at the Chettinadu Mansion. Later a short drive takes us to Tanjore, in the rice belt of Tamil Nadu, for 2 nights at the modern Parishutham Hotel.

Day 13 Tanjore
The morning is free with the option of an excursion to Trichy to see the Rock Fort and Srirangam temples. In the afternoon we visit the serene Brihadeeshwara temple, built by the Cholas in the 10th century, now preserved as a World Heritage Monument. We also visit craftsmen making bronze idols in Swami Malai.

Day 14 Pondicherry
Post breakfast our acr wil drive to the former French colony of Pondicherry for overnight stay . Later visit the Gangaikondacholapuram en route. In the afternoon explore the town.

Day 15 Chennai
Post breakfast check ourt and drive to Chennai for overnight stay. During stay visit Mahabalipuram, a major seaport of the great Pallava kings between the 8th & 10th century AD, noted for its rock carvings and the shore temple. Overnight saty at hotel.

Day 16 Chennai - onward destination.
Have your breakfast our car will drive you ot the airport in time to board onward flight.
